I have been supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners with their business processes, admin, sales, marketing, project and event management as a virtual assistant or business manager for the past 11 years and have organised many events, more recently in the pandemic virtually.
A natural problem solver who takes a client-first, business focused approach, I thrive when I am supporting my clients to achieve their goals. I do this by giving them some time back, so that they can spend more time on growing their business, generating revenue, or to spend more quality time with family – more often or not, it will be all of these.
I started my career 28 years ago working as an Administrator and progressed to being a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant for senior level management within larger organisations. In these roles I learnt how a business works, across all functions and had a pivotal role on tasks teams for projects including budget and cost efficiency reviews, reviewing admin processes, refurbishments, office relocations, redundancies and recruitment, governing body audits and organised sales conferences and awards.
In 2007 I took a career break to follow a passion of mine, mentoring and coaching and became a support worker working with people who were homeless.
Since then I have been helping business owners with achieving their ambitions by working as a virtual assistant and business manager. I have also organised many networking events for the local community and am a co-founder of
3 Counties Expo: Watford Expo, the largest annual networking event in the region for the past five years.
I honestly believe that entrepreneurs and small businesses are the life blood of our economy and by sharing my expertise is where I can make the most impact.
When I am not creating more hours in the day for my clients, I enjoy whipping up a culinary delight for my partner, friends, and family and entertaining. I also enjoy walking, history documentaries and anything tech and design related.
